What’s it all about?

This course provides a basic introduction to business and management for anyone with aspirations of developing their leadership skills.

This qualification is designed for team leaders, to support the development of their skills in leading a team, making sure that the team’s work achieves organisational objectives, and contributes to planning, problem solving and decision-making.

No formal qualifications required, though an appropriate level of English and Maths is recommended.

Learners will tend to work in a collaborative manner in a classroom setting. Work will cover both theoretical and practical aspects of business and management.

Learners will complete three separate units which are assessed by means of course work, such
