Everything will take place in our practical teaching kitchens. You will learn a host of tips, tricks and techniques to ensure that not only do you have the perfect Christmas dinner, but also that you’re not ready to kill everyone by the time you’ve finished cooking it! From the things you can do well in advance to those last minute tweaks, we will set you up for your easiest Christmas yet.
