What’s it all about?

This course will prepare you to become a professional counsellor and help you make a real difference to the mental health wellbeing of others. There is an increasing demand for counsellors to work in the health sector, voluntary and community sector and in private practice. This course will prepare you to become a professional counsellor and support others in managing issues and improve their quality of life.

You should already be (or planning to be) in voluntary or paid work as a counsellor or in a setting that will allow you to practice counselling skills.
