What’s it all about?

This course is for people looking to further their career and move in to line management or for people who have recently gained a position in line management and would like to enhance their skills.

Although there are no formal entry requirements but you will need to be over 21 and have current or recent work experience in a relevant area. You will also need to have literacy and numberacy skills equivalent to NVQ Level 2
