Adam came to Sunderland College straight from school to study BTEC Music prior to progressing to his foundation degree. He now works for D’Addario, the world’s largest manufacturer of musical instrument accessories, based in Newcastle. He described his experience at the College as educational, entertaining and valuable.
He said:
“The quality and passion of the lecturers was evident from my first meeting. The best thing about the course was the wide variety of subjects covered, the passion and dedication of the teaching team, the once-in-a-lifetime opportunities such as overseas educational trips and being able to perform in some of the region’s most prestigious venues.
The atmosphere around the campus and the community spirit was excellent.”
Adam progressed to Newcastle University and was self-employed for several years as a musician and teacher. He is now a Product Specialist at D’Addario, the world’s largest manufacturer of musical instrument accessories.
