Gavin described Sunderland College as relaxed, exciting and supportive. While studying at the College Gavin also participated in a Fairtrade Conference as part of Fairtrade Fortnight. He now studies Natural Sciences at Durham University.
He said:
“What I liked best about Sunderland College was how supportive the staff were, never doubting the ability of their students. The staff were also very enthusiastic about their subjects.
The best thing about the course was the support and enthusiasm of the staff. The college also had great facilities. I particularly enjoyed the food in the café!”
Gavin is now studying Natural Sciences (Mathematics and Physics) at Durham University
